Cancellation by Client
Before Work Begins
You may cancel your order at any time before we begin work on your project. If you cancel before any work has started:
- You will receive a full refund
- No cancellation fees apply
After Work Has Started
Once we have begun work on your project, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, hosting setup, premium plugins, etc.) are non-refundable
How to Cancel
To cancel your service, please contact us immediately:

Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for cancellation
- Date you wish to cancel
Cancellation of Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription services (hosting, maintenance, etc.):
- You may cancel at any time by providing written notice
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period
Cancellation by Create A Website
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:
- Payment is not received as agreed
- You violate our Terms and Conditions
- Your project requirements fall outside our service scope
- You engage in abusive or inappropriate conduct
In such cases, you will be charged for all work completed, and no refunds will be issued.
