  3. Domain Registrations: Domain name purchases are non-refundable as these are registered immediately with third-party registrars
  4. Hosting Services: Hosting plans that have been activated or are currently in use
  5. Custom Development: Any custom coding, plugin installation, or feature development that has been initiated
  6. Third-Party Costs: Any expenses incurred through third-party services, licenses, or tools purchased for your project
